Goal: Allow Zeebe data to be used in Optimize to create Reports

Handling missing data in the Report builder

Missing data from Zeeber: Short term
      • User tasks
      • Incident
      • Assignee, candidate group

      Outcome:
Allow selection of options: If there is no data, we show no data in the chart.

Handling filters where data doesn't exist
      Suspended instanced:
There is no designation such as a suspended instance in Zeebe.
Allow selection and return no data.

**Some filters may have incompatible/inconsistent check in kickoff

      Language
Evaluate language discrepancies as part of kickoff with Meggler

      Authorisations & Tenants
Auth: Every user can see all Zeebe processes.
Tenants: No tenants, handle as we do cases without tenants right now.

      External events
No action: do not allow Zeebe events for use in external event processes

Displaying link with Zeebe in application footer
Is this really necessary for the first iteration?

      Event based processes
Do not display Zeebe processes in the selection list.
