Description

Zeebe export indices are changed according to the day. It could be that data is written to the new index and potentially read before all entries are written to the previous index. Operate saw this exact problem in https://jira.camunda.com/browse/OPE-733. Optimize needs to handle this scenario too to make sure that data is not missed
