    Description

      Goal:
viewers would like to see a "default filtered state" on the Dashboard - instead of having to choose the appropriate filters (again and again).

      Concept:

      • All filters can be edited and a default value configured.
      • The added filter displays the selected value instead of the current 'off' text
      • Filters can still be edited or switched off
      • Default configuration can be switched off by the editor at any time

      Concept: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xh5XChX-wkL-efnsvWh8mEngY3q4Fdoe/view?usp=sharing

Un editable filters now have an edit state: Start / end date / Instance state
These filters can now be edited to display a modal which allows for the configuration of a default value.
      see attached concept vid.
      Q. What should be the title of these modals - it is not the addition of a filter, but only a default config.

Filters applied via modal display additional configuration. Variable / Assignee / Candidate group
When multiple values are added, all values are set as the default filtered state.
To allow for one default but other preset options, user can add multiples of the same variable filter.
(not currently possible - see screenshots)

      Note** Design debt.
