Invalid license message is not appears

      Problem:
      When I enter an invalid license, I couldn't receive a message that the license is invalid.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Enter an invalid license.

      Expected result:
      I should receive a message that the license is invalid.

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
