Clean up Zeebe templates before/after ITs finish

      When ITs against an Embedded Zeebe run, a lot of index templates get left over. The performance hit probably isn't very high, but we should nonetheless make sure this gets cleaned up at the same time that the Zeebe records for the test itself gets cleaned up, i.e. in the ES extension
