      Context:
      As agreed in https://confluence.camunda.com/display/CO/2021-05-03+Kick-off%3A+Users+can+log-in+into+Optimize+and+use+it+without+Camunda+BPM+Runtime we migrate the authentication setup in Optimize to spring-security to allow for easier integration with oauth authentication flows in future.
