      Context:
      User should be able to authenticate via Auth0 when accessing Optimize. The native Login form of Optimize needs to be skipped.

      AT:

      • On access and a missing valid session cookie users get redirected to a configured auth0 login server
      • a user of a configured auth0 tenant is granted access to Optimize in case they have a matching organization claim
      • all relevant Auth0 properties is configurable

      Out of scope:
      Identity(User/Group) retrieval is not adopted to integrate with Auth0 in the scope of this change
