      Context:

      With OPT-5232, we add a note to the logs if during the userTask migration, userTasks without activityInstanceIds exist to inform users that they may have lost some userTask data during the migration. We need to add an explanation to the migration notes about this and also include instructions on how to reset the affected userTask importers.
