Problem:

In a dashboard, when a report pop over is opened, and then the focus is changed to a different element on the page, the open pop over is hidden behind the Report below it. 

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a dashboard via template

• use the keyboard/mouse to open a report pop over
• Use the keyboard/mouse to move focus to another report / or click an hold on another part of the page
= Open pop over is obscured by the Report below it 

• See attached video 

Actual result :

Open pop over is obscured by the Report below it.

Expected result:

No hiding shy pop over. 
Maybe pop over instantly closed when any other item on the page is clicked.
