Design Concept

Design:

1. Create new menu item text

2. Create new Overview Report: modal design

• Displays list of included process definitions
• Allows creation of template: defined here

• Overview across number process instances per process across all Camunda Environments (e.g. 40 different processes - or focusing on specific tenants)
• Overview across durations of process instances (which processes take the longest)
• Overview across all user tasks across all Camunda environments

• Displays help tooltip with additional information
Change tooltip text size to 12 px.
Change icon to help icon (Info icon needed elsewhere)
Hover colour for icon lighter.

3. Report builder: Process card

• No add process button (can only have one of these reports per context)
• Default Report name reflects the name of the selection (whatever we decide on)  

Bulk process card

• only edit icon available (discuss position) 
• Display name - If collection = 'Collection name'. If home = 'All Processes in Optimize' 
• display detail - discuss in kickoff - potentially process name context. 
• Displays included tenants (Discuss if we want to allow this in the first iteration with Felix, if yes, improve behaviour of tenant display, in this case, do not display all tenants per default) From the doc: "allow focusing on specific tenants"
• Pop over: Show button with process list (Icon attached) - opens in modal, add info tooltip. 
  Opening of modal closes the pop over.

4. Report builder: UI Configurations 

• No 'add process button' 
• Single measure only 

Possible configurations: 

View: 
• Raw data? - Discuss a lot of data
• Process instance 
• User task 

 

Group by:
• none (depends if we have already implemented the double group by) 
• User Tasks 
• Duration
• Dates 
• Assignee
• Candidate group 
• Process 

 

Secondary group by (Or distribute): 
• User Tasks 
• Duration
• Dates 
• Assignee
• Candidate group 
• Process

 

Filter Process Instance: 
• Instance State
• Date
• Duration 
• Assignee 
• Candidate group

• Not compatible options such as Variable selections for view, group by or filtering, are NOT displayed in the option menu's. 
  This is to specify again that this is a different type of Report 

 

Filter Flow Nodes: 
No Flow Node filtering at this time- too granular for the process overview Reports 
Do not display this option at all. 

 

 

Report Templates: 
1. Number report: Process instance count - grouped by none
Overview across number process instances per process across all Camunda Environments (Or tenants)

2. Bar chart: Process instance durations - grouped by process (need a process option in grouping for this) 
See which process takes the longest 

3. Table: User tasks - Grouped by User tasks or Process
Overview across all user tasks across all Camunda environments 

 

5. Entity list item

6. Report detail Info pop over

• Display the same info as in the process card 
• Discuss displaying raw data - may make sense to limit the display of no of instances, and allow download.

7. Overview Report and dashboards

• How are these Report's affected by, and affecting filters. 
Concept: Global filters such as dates and state apply to the Overview Report 

• Filters for assignee or candidate group - ??? 
• Filters for variables -???
