Description

• Add tooltips for process card actions (aim: Clarify duplication use)

• Scrollbar should not expand the width of the sidebar of the report builder, but appear over the 20px side padding
Further improvements to scrolling of the sidebar are required but out of scope of this ticket - Asses with Omran if the above is worthwhile in the short term.
• Small hover buttons (in this case the '+ Process' button) require additional padding on the right to achieve visual balance.
• Disable add button when ten process definitions are added
• Add a tooltip that display the process names when hovering over the number of processes (hint: add more than one process to the report in order to see this text)
