    Description

      Problem:

Dates are formatted inconsistently depending on whether it's a instance start date or date variable in csv exported raw data reports

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Create a Raw Data report for a process that has a date variable
      • Download the CSV for this report
      • Compare the format of the values for the startDate and dateVar variables

      Actual result :

      • For instance start and end date columns, if milliseconds or seconds are 00, they are omitted from the value
      • For instance start and end date columns, timezone information is formatted as +02:00 (numbers might be different, but it always includes the colon)
      • For date variables, if milliseconds or seconds are 00, they are present in the value
      • For date variables, timezone information is formatted as +0200 (numbers might be different, but it does not include the colon)

      Expected result:

      • Both instance start and end date columns as well as date variable columns should use the same date formatting (probably the one currently used for date variables)
