Problem:

When adding a variable/assigneee filter to a dashboard and opening the filters popovers on one of the reports. You see a red warning indicating that the data source is missing

Steps to reproduce

1. Create an empty report with a random process definition selected. Save it.

2. Open a new dashboard and place the empty report in it.

3. add an assignee/variable filter

4. save the dashboard and apply the assignee/variable filter

5. open the report filters popover

Actual result :

There is a warning on the filter that says: ' Data Source is missing version or tenant selection'

Expected result:

No warning appears on the filter, since it is actually working correctly
