Document FlowNode Start/End date filter

      Context:
      Once the new flownode start/end date filter has been added to Optimize, we need to add a description of it to the filter docs.

      Also make sure to add a note about incident filters, similar to assignee filters the flowNode date filters will not work properly on viewLevel for incident reports.
