What is the desired functionality that you are missing?
As a User I would like to have a link to the User Guide in the Application header such that I can easily find the documentation.
Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?
Some of the reports are little more complex to create. It can be useful for Users to double check in the user guide how to create specific reports. Not all users know the URL for our documentation. Having it in the app header could help them and make life easier.
