Problem:

When creating any report with a line chart visualization and enabling the 'goal value' and 'show all absolute values' Optimize crashes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any report with a line chart visualization.
For example,
View: process instance - count 
group by: duration
Visualization: line-chart

2. Open the visualization configuration popover.

3. Enable goal value.

4. Enable show 'all absolute values' 

Actual result :

Visualization section crashes with an error '
formatter is not a function'
 
Expected result:
All Tooltips appear on the line chart with no issues
