Problem:

When opening the edit process pop over and resizing the screen, the location of the pop over does not move. 

• True also for the select menu

Steps to reproduce:

1.Open pop over

2.Resize screen smaller and larger

Actual result :

Pop over gets cut off, or hovers in the centre. 
OR the whole application moves off screen

Expected result:

Pop over is attached to button
