When the max nested document limit is reached, we can no longer import new nested documents (although updates can still happen). When we see this currently, we log a hint about adjusting the nested document limit. However, the alternative option we should allow users is to skip data for that process instance once the nested document limit has been reached. This should be configurable, so the user can instruct Optimize to behave under such circumstances.
