Import progress report not working if one engine is down

        • I have multiple engines running
        • The connection is properly configured in Optimize
      • when:
        • One engine crashes
        • I start Optimize
      • then:
        • I get an error message that Optimize could not detect the import progress
      • expected:
        • The import progress is calculated from the remaining engines and accordingly reported back
