Problem:

In the report builder, the definition edit popover does not move when the window is resized, leading to the popover being misaligned when the window is made larger and parts of the popover being clipped if the window is made smaller.

There is a gif attached that shows the issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Report and add a definition
2. Open the definition edit popover
3. Resize the window while the popover is open

Actual result :

The popover becomes misaligned.

Expected result:

If possible, the popover remains anchored to the edit button and remains fully visible.
