Context:

Currently, when creating a Decision Report grouped by Evaluation Date and displayed as chart, the dates in the result are still returned in descending instead of ascending order by default. This makes the charts harder to read. All other date reports (process start/end date, decision date variable etc) return dates in ascending order. We should adjust the evaluation date reports to match the default ascending order as well.
