Get cloud users into Optimize

      We need to make Cloud users available in Optimize. We can make use of the accounts service for this, but first need to obtain a m2m token.

      ATs:

      • Cloud Users can be added to collections
      • If the cloud user doesn't exist in the cache, cloud users can be fetched directly from auth0
