Add combo bar/line visualization for multi measure reports

      AT:

      • Add "bar/line" visualization option when a second measure by is selected
      • Bar/line visualization will have configuration options of both line and bar chart
      • removing one of the measures (count/duration) will reset the visualization to a normal "bar chart"

      • providing an option to switch bar and line visualizations for the selected measures
