Build a standalone Optimize version for every release

      AT:

      • For every release a standalone version of optimize is build, which contains:
        • the fat jar to run Optimize
        • an environment folder with default config/log config file
        • a log folder
        • plugin folder
        • a script to run Optimize in Windows and Linux
      • the standalone build excludes elasticsearch
      • I can read in the installation/download docs, where to download and how to start the standalone version

            lipphardt, final name of distro changed now to have -full suffix before file extension, does that affect our deployment process?

            I also wonder if -standalone.tar.gz will get automatically uploaded to nexus, etc.
