'Create new' modal allows for multiple process selection

    Description

      As a user I can 
      • Select multiple processes in the create new modal
      • Select multiple processes in the template modal 
      • View process diagram thumbnails when selecting

      Investigate

      • Allow selection of bulk action latest or All in the create modal.
      • Allow viewing and alignment for tenants.
      Goal: Allow faster creation of Dashboards and selecting versions and tenants 
      • Allow selection of versions

      Improve
      • Fix width of Dashboard template selection buttons (as seen in report selection buttons) 
      • Ensure text and capitalization follow app standards 
      • Investigate disabling non-selectable options, ie. User task Report or dashboards cannot be created for data sets with no user tasks (solution may be expensive) 
      • Improve thumbnail images with charts which work better for the small sizes
