Fix certificate issues in Secure ES tests

      Recently we started seeing SSLHandshakeExceptions and certificate expiry issues in our Secure ES tests https://ci.optimize.camunda.cloud/view/all/job/secured_es/, causing them to fail.

      We should investigate why this started happening and fix the cause.
