Update template dashboards

What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

I want to have a dashboard expressing all the core Optimize report functionality for the primary use cases

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

New Optimize users don't know how to create effective reports and dashboards. As a result, Optimize tends to be under-utilized. These templates provide the ability for users to create an updated performance analysis dashboard (with incidents) and a process overview dashboard (with additional work)
