Context:
As a preparation to support building patch release we need to evaluate options to create maintenance branches. As we already use the https://github.com/aleksandr-m/gitflow-maven-plugin maven plugin we should make use of it's hotfix/support branching capabilities to create these branches.

AT:

• evaluate usage of the gitflow-maven-plugin hotfix/support goals for the purpose to create maintenance branches from Optimize tags
• adjust plugin config to serve our intended branch naming scheme of `maintenance/X.Y`
• the optimize version in the pom.xml should become a SNAPSHOT version when the branch get's created from a selected tag
