As part of the cloud release, incident reports were disabled to accommodate the fact that we had no incident data. Once the incident data is available, we need to reenable incident reports. In addition, if there are any dashboard templates that have been disabled for the same reason, these can be reenabled too.
ATs:
- Incident reports can be created in Optimize Cloud
- Dashboard templates containing incident reports are available (if they have previously been removed) - you can double this with eric.lundberg
