What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

Make Optimize look like a part of the Camunda Cloud component group.

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

Inconsistent UX can be confusing and look unprofessional.

Scope

• Assume Operate's Cloud header and footer are the standard header/footer
• Styling (spacing, fonts) will be aligned
• Bottom right footer is 100% consistent among components
• Component-unique footer items (e.g. engine status, timezone) are not displayed with the consistent section (i.e. not right aligned)
