In Optimize, we use at least two (javax.ws.rs.client.Client) / (apache client) Http clients for various purposes (testing/cloudUserClient/EngineContext/Telemetry etc.). We should unify one one single client after investigating to see which one is most appropriate (it doesn't have to be either of the above).
