Description
In Optimize, we use at least two (javax.ws.rs.client.Client) / (apache client) Http clients for various purposes (testing/cloudUserClient/EngineContext/Telemetry etc.). We should unify one one single client after investigating to see which one is most appropriate (it doesn't have to be either of the above).
- One suggestion would be Feign: https://github.com/OpenFeign/feign
- Another could be: http://kong.github.io/unirest-java/

- We only use one simple Http Client across Optimize
Hints:
- This might be better after Spring Boot migration as it opens up new options
- Sometimes the existing client requires the error-prone closing of connections
