Allow Webhook configs without ALERT_MESSAGE

      Context:
      Currently there is a validation for every webhook configuration that requires the ALERT_MESSAGE plkaceholder to be present. As there are now multiple placeholders it doesn't make sense to require this to be the case anymore.

      • webhook payloads require at least one valid placeholder
