Extend external variable API for object variables

    Description

      Context:

      Currently, the external variable API does not support object variables. This ticket is to add external object variable import as well as their flattening/raw value import, similar to engine object variables. Namely, we nee the previously omitted `valueInfo` field to determine which variables are object variables and how they are serialized. This field needs to be added to the external variable request. Once added, the ExternalVariableUpdateImportService can be extended to use the flattening service implemented with previous parts of this parent ticket.

      • these object variables are flattened and imported similarly as object variables from the engine
      • Document this change (this part may also be postponed to a follow up ticket)
