What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

In Camunda Cloud, API credentials can be generated for Zeebe and Tasklist, but they cannot be created for Optimize

Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

Customers commonly request the ability to programmatically manage dashboard and report configurations to manage local/prod environments, back up their work, or make high-volume changes. In addition, to integrate Camunda with their existing business intelligence tools, they need to repeatedly request data from Optimize.

Context: Given, When, Then

GIVEN I am logged into Cloud Console
AND I am creating client credentials
THEN an option to create Optimize credentials is provided

WHEN I create Optimize credentials
THEN I can use them to authenticate an API request for Optimize in Camunda Cloud
