[OPT-5710] Allow collapsing and removing variable filters

            Notes for the design review:

            • Should we display the actual filter values in the collapsed preview? What about the operator ("is" vs. "is not" or "is less than")?
            • Should we allow removing filters while they are collapsed?

omran.abazeed  Ideally I would like to amend the display of the pill, but would like to discuss the cost with you.
            • pill and collapsable section display only at the point when an additional filter is added via the +OR button.
            See prototype
