Please describe the missing/desired functionality:

It would be nice to have alerts for new outliers. Optimize currently only supports alerts for numerical thresholds.

What problem would the feature solve?

Business users are interested in process duration outliers. However, outliers are not available via notification and they don't log in often to Optimize. Learning about outliers real-time allows more productive monitoring and intervention.

What effort would be required without the feature?

Currently required to check the view for outliers repeatedly on an ongoing basis rather than being alerted.
