When adding a start date filters by dragging directly on the chart, the filter does not work and the evaluation of the report fails.

Steps to reproduce:

• Create a single process report grouped by start date - automatic
• Drag on the chart to create a start date filter

Actual result:
Evaluation fails

Expected result:
Evaluation request succeeds and the date filtered correctly
