Add logarithmic scale to the bar/line charts

      AT:

      • Add a switch to enable logarithmic scale in Bar/line configuration popover
      • The switch is disabled by default
      • Enabling the switch, changes the y-axis scale from linear to logarithmic
      • It should work for both duration/count reports

            Notes for design review:

            • Should the label for the axis configuration read "axis label" (singular) or "axis labels" (plural)
            • How to handle logarithmic time scales for duration measures (should we allow it, should we improve the labels, if so. how)
