improve date picker

    Description

      1. replace datepicker with one that does not use deprecated features of React
      2. It should not be possible to unset a date
      3. it should not be possible to set the start date to a later date than the end date
      4. currently selected date-range should be shown in datepicker
      5. styling should not make the "to" label look like a button (see screenshot)
      6. week should start on Monday
