'Add filter' button not visible in page for variable filters

      Brief summary of the bug. What is it ? Where is it ?

      When I add a variable filter with many string options (ie. correlating Var). The footer of the modal extends beyond the page making, hiding the add filter button. 

      Steps to reproduce:

      • View optimize in your laptop screen

      • Add correlating var filter 
      • Primary button is not visible. 

       

      Actual result :

      Primary button is not visible

      Expected result:

      Modal window should always display the header and footer.
