      2. Simple UX is quick to learn for beginners
      3. Smooth UX makes standard workflows delightful for regulars
      4. Attractive UX helps champions demo and share their experience in an impactful way

      GOAL

      1. Evaluate the current state of the Optimize user experience through the perspectives of team members, stakeholders, and customers.
      2. Provide concrete evidence supporting an additional FE developer on the Optimize team

      • Synthesis of the current state of UX
      • Anecdotes of the business impact of Optimizes current UX
      • Recommended investment areas for 2022
      • Presented to Optimize team
      • Can be presented to Products leadership
      • Can be presented to Marketing and other stakeholders
