When daylight savings last took effect, the following tests started failing:
ProcessCsvExportServiceIT.durationIsSetCorrectlyEvenWhenNotSortingByDurationOnCsvExport
ProcessCsvExportServiceIT.runningAndCompletedProcessInstancesSortByDuration
We should make these tests more resilient to daylight saving changes in the future by adjusting the assertions to accommodate these changes. We could also consider testing using a fixed point of time in the year that is not affected by daylight savings
