Allow creation of alerts directly from the entity

      AT:

      • It is possible to add an alert via a button in the saved mode of reports and dashboards
      • Alert option only visible on number reports
      • Alert button only enabled on dashboards containing number reports. Tooltip explaining the disablement.
      • When creating an alert directly from a report- that report is preselected and report selection dropdown is disabled.
      • It is possible to delete the alert in alert edit modal - This displays the warning modal
      • If a report containing alerts is deleted, behavior persists as implemented
      • It is possible to create multiple alerts on an entity
