Re-center models in report creation modal when window is resized

      Context:

      Currently, when resizing a window while a creation modal is open (with selected definitions), the definition models are off centre when resizing the window. They can be re-centred by the user by clicking the centre button on the model display or interacting with the definition selection. See also attached screen recording
