What problem would the feature solve?

For OMS (order management system) use cases, there tends to be strong peaks in orders (e.g. 9-10pm on Black Friday for online shopping). SRE users need to have fine-grained information to be able to respond quickly and perform effective capacity management.

Another use case involves estimating peak demand of a financial system per minute
