      We have recently seen the following test fail quite frequently on Jenkins:

      RunningUserTaskInstanceEndpointImportIT>AbstractImportEndpointFailureIT.importWorksDespiteTemporaryFetchingFailures:125 ยป ConditionTimeout

      The condition timeout isn't reproducible locally, but on Jenkins it has failed master and branch builds, and also some of our nightly jobs. It only fails intermittently. I would say this is likely to be a test bug rather than any functional bug, but we should fix it any way as it is slowing down development speed.
