    Description

      AT:

      • Based on the flag added in OPT-5840, display a warning in header about the non production use of Optimize
      • Hovering over the warning display more information about the warning in a tooltip.
      • The tooltip text contains the following text:
        'If you would like information on production usage, please refer to our terms & conditions page or contact sales.'
