Add search to dropdown submenus

      Context:
      For group by variable, we currently add a search input to filter the variables. The code is duplicated between groupBy.js and distributedBy.js. The search input also are within the same scrollable container as with submenu options.

      AT:

      • investigate if we could move the searching logic to the submenu component and make it optional
