      Context:
      In the context of releasing an Optimize 3.7.1 patch it would be favorable to be able to update from either 3.6.x or 3.7.0 to 3.7.1. The current update implementation would not allow this.

      AT:

      • the 3.7.1 update can be performed on Optimize 3.6.x deployments
      • the 3.7.1 update can be performed on Optimize 3.7.0 deployments
      • ideally future 3.7.x patches can also be performed from 3.6.x releases
