Rollover process instance archive indices

      When we have archive process instance indices, we can then roll them over when they reach a certain size.

      ATs:

      • Archive process instance indices are rolled over when they reach a certain size (50GB?)
      • Archived instances can still be read in the context of report evaluation, even if they exist in a rolled over index
